Our story
The differences, similarities, and dynamics between the Spanish and Dutch labor markets — since 2017, Ibercompas has been supporting clients in the fields of labor market communication, recruitment, HR auditing & consultancy, and instructional design & e-learning development.
In 2023, the Spanish entity Ibercompas Iberia SL was established to support further growth in Spain. We were already active in Valencia, but with a new office on Avenida de la Constitución, we are ready for the future — including an in-house instruction and training facility.

Ibercompas is the only privately owned EURES-certified member specialised in the Spanish labour market. This gives us in-depth knowledge of, and access to, the Spanish labour market and all relevant institutions (education providers, public employment services, etc.).
